ESYS SOUND DRIVER

PDA Bad audio, heavily altered equalizer, can't we change this with esys? Is this from the speaker wires or an aux output? I was wondering if there is a option to edit the sound volume on a F30 through Esys. I have the HK system and while I find the sound perfectly clear for my tastes, the base can be over whelming even when turned all the way down. And you are saying this controls the equalization only?

Which audio system does your car have? Is this in the wiring harness if so are the colors known? Adding just tweeters will make your sound worse as your iDrive unit sound output is designed for a non-tweeter speaker. The sound changed completely and sounded at first like an old AM radio. Because of esyw i read on this forum the sound is heavily altered, so just changing speakers is not advised.

But, everyone has a different opinion on what sounds good. Write a user review.

Thanx mini Can anyone confirm that this is the actual functionality? I sounr find that i am missing some mid vocals but i think some tuning may help in that respect. The time now is I guess i will only know how good they are after some proper tuning.

Treble now way up and it is now clear and punchy without being harsh and i can listen to almost any song without cringing. I know i am one happy camper: The tweeter has an inline crossover and it sounds great.

You can get around this by installing true component speakers with proper crossovers for both mid and tweeter or by installing a DSP like the MS I've dialed the khz the lowest base setting on the 7 point EQ all the way down, but still want to turn it down more.
